Terms and Conditions

• Collect 1 Loyalty Point for every £8 spent (dine-in or direct takeaway only).
• Collect 8 Loyalty Points to earn 1 Free Veggie Thali, redeemable anytime within 1 year.
• Loyalty points are added only when staff scan your QR code during billing.
• Each bill is counted separately; amount spent from different visits won't be combined.
• Group bills cannot be split for points. Only one loyalty card can be used per bill.
• If you lose your QR code, your points are lost too.
• Misuse may lead to loss of points or account reset.
• Govinda’s reserves the right to change the point system or cancel the program at any time.
